Introduction
Once we are aware of your requirements we will arrange an introductory, no commitment / no fee visit to look at your garden and discuss options and the way forward.
This also provides us with a chance to show our portfolio of past projects, highlighting those that might be most similar to the solutions for your garden.

Charging Policy
Once you have agreed the design proposal we calculate a fixed price cost for that design together with a descriptive specification and quantities.

Construction
The work is carried out by our own experienced and professional construction teams. The project is then overseen and supervised by the designer you have been dealing with.

Planting Plans
Although the cost will have been built into the project from day one, we will tend to leave the detailed plant design plan until after the construction to enable us to better visualise and plan the planting solutions.

Payment
We will submit interim invoices during the course of the construction works to cover works completed.

Aftercare
We offer a seasonal clear-up and pruning service and welcome the opportunity of reviewing your garden design in light of the maturing planting and to be able to assess the success of the design. This also enables us to continue developing elements of the garden as your use of the space changes.
